Tanner Ahmed , CoFounder
Tanner serves as the Partner at KPG Capital & Co. Previously he served as the Managing Director and Head of Risk Management at Khandaker Partners Inc., a Contrarian research practice, and as an independent advisor to various funds. Dr. Khandaker has over 15 years of Wall Street Investment Banking experience. He is a serial entrepreneur and cofounded Townhall Plus Inc, a Fin-tech venture of KPG, in 2018. Dr. Khandaker started consulting for various investment banks and financial firms shortly after leaving academic research at Harvard Medical School and affiliated Brigham & Women's and Massachusetts General Hospitals in 2002. From 1999 to 2001, Dr. Khandaker was an Adjunct Faculty at Fisher College, Boston. From 1997 to 1998, he served as a research fellow and had firsthand exposure to the blockbuster Statin Clinical Trials at Mount Sinai Hospital, N.Y. He also served as a Member of the Advisory Board of Apella Resources Inc., a clean energy resources company. He was the Director of Nutra Pharma Corporation from 2005 to 2007 and BioTech Medics Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Since the inception of Khandaker Partners as a Small-cap Specialist, Dr. Khandaker has researched and written on a few thousand small-cap publicly traded and late-stage private companies in various sectors. Dr. Khandaker was a practicing physician in Internal Medicine before he joined academia. He was a National Board scholar and received his M.D. (Diploma in Medicine) with distinction from the distinguished Robert Mitford Medical College, Dhaka University, affiliated with Royal College of London in 1995. Dr. Khandaker is currently a visiting faculty at North South University (NSU) Business School. He is an entrepreneur at heart and as a captain of the medical school soccer team, he led his team to victory on numerous occasions.
PRAMOD KUMAR ARYA , CoFounder
Pramod Kumar Arya is a highly motivated, dedicated and resourceful Full Stack Web Development professional. With 10+ years of hands-on experience in conceptualising, developing and implementing unique solutions using a range of technologies and programming languages, Mr Arya has consistently demonstrated a high level of performance during his entire career. He has rolled out several innovative applications and platforms by leveraging his specialised lanuage skills and technical know-how in Python, Mr Arya started his professional career soon after completing his BCA from G.LA I.P.S Mathura (D.R.B.R.A University Agra) in 2011. Since then, he has been a significant contributor to the digital growth of several enterprises. From 2015 to 2017, Mr Arya has worked with Trignodev Software Pvt Ltd as a PHP developer, driving the company’s growth through constant research, innovation and customer satisfaction in Web/Mobile-based applications. After that, he moved to a new role Revtripindia Pvt Ltd as a Senior PHP developer from 2017 to 2020, leading a team of highly functional developers to achieve the organisational goals. In his most recent stint, Mr Arya served as a Technical head in Emerhub Pvt Ltd, where he worked on various global projects aiding his company to increase its digital footprint. Currently, he is leading the digital transformation drive at KPG Capital & Co., Inc as a Technical lead. Apart from exhibiting excellent technical skills, Mr Arya shows outstanding commitment to his teams as a leader, promotes creative thinking, communicate emphatically, drive results from extensive research and is highly skilled in time management.

Currently, Imran Faiz Rahman occupies the position of Chairman & Managing Director at Imaan Cold Storage Ltd. and Managing Director at Airlinks Ltd. Mr. Rahman is also on the board of Reliance Insurance (Bangladesh) Ltd., Aris Holdings Ltd., R.R. Cold Storage Ltd., and R.R. Estates Ltd.
